TÜV Rheinland – Test Summary Report

This report covers the full Sempertex balloon portfolio and confirms compliance with EU Toy Safety legislation. In simple terms, TÜV Rheinland, an independent and internationally recognized testing institute, has verified that:

  • Our balloons meet all mechanical, flammability, and chemical safety requirements ( EN71-1)

  • Nitrosamines and nitrosatable substances are within the legally permitted and safe limits (EN71-12)

  • No harmful migration of regulated substances occurs during normal use (EN71-1)

  • The products comply with strict EU and German safety benchmarks

This means our balloons are safe for consumers, including children, when used as intended.
